Skal International Rome is proud to unveil the official program for the much-anticipated European Friendship Skal Meeting, first announced during the AGA 2024. This special event will take place in the magnificent setting of Rome from March 14 to 16, 2025, during the Jubilee Year—a unique opportunity to strengthen the bonds of collaboration among Skal Europe clubs.
An Event in the True Spirit of Skal
As stated by the President of Skal Roma, Luigi Sciarra:
“We are ready to present the final program for what was announced at the AGA 2024. Meeting in Rome during the Jubilee of 2025, in the spirit of Skal, will help strengthen the bonds of collaboration among European clubs: three days, two nights in Rome, guided tours, and convivial gatherings among friends and colleagues. As promised, this will be a smart and informal event, driven by the simple pleasure of being together. Rome awaits you.”
This initiative invites Skal members and friends to join an extraordinary experience, featuring a program that blends culture, camaraderie, and friendship.
Event Program
March 14
- Arrival of participants at the Hotel Roma Aurelia Antica.
- 6:30 PM: Departure by bus to Rome’s historic Jewish Ghetto for a guided tour and dinner at a traditional restaurant. Return to the hotel.
March 15
- 9:00 AM: Informal gathering in a private meeting room at the hotel—a relaxed opportunity to connect and exchange ideas.
- 12:30 PM: Transfer to a restaurant near the Vatican for lunch.
- 2:30 PM: Guided private visit to St. Peter’s Basilica, offering a unique experience in one of the Jubilee’s most iconic sites. Return to the hotel between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM.
- 8:00 PM: Departure for Scoglio di Frisio, a restaurant hosting a special dinner to celebrate the Skal spirit of friendship.
March 16
- Departure of participants after breakfast.
Costs and Reservations
The full program is priced at €390 per person in a double room, with a single supplement of €70. All taxes and services are included, except for the city tax of €7.50 per person per night, payable directly at the hotel.
