We are delighted to introduce the Skål International Training & Education and Florimond Volckaert Fund Awareness Committee. Skål International Director for Region 11, Mr Kevin Rautenbach, oversaw this committee. The Deputy Director co-chairs it for Region 11, Mr William Oh, and Skål International’s Past President Ms. Lavonne Wittmann, who represents Region 14. The committee also includes representatives from various regions:

The mission of our committee is to raise awareness about our initiatives and support Skål members in every aspect of organizational development, internal training, and education. Additionally, we aim to inform members about the Florimond Volckaert Fund, promoting its use and providing guidance on how to utilize it when assistance is needed.
William Oh, Deputy Director from Region 11 and a proud member of Skål Seoul, emphasizes, “Our team is here to support you in every aspect of organizational development as well as with internal training and education. Additionally, our role is to inform you about the Florimond Volckaert Fund, how to promote it, and how to utilize it when you need assistance.”
Lavonne Wittmann, from Skål International Pretoria, South Africa, and co-chair representing Region 14, shares her passion: “This year, I’m honoured to be one of the leaders of a committee that is passionate about empowering our members through cutting-edge, impactful, and engaging training programs. We’d love for you to join us as we ignite and spread knowledge through inspiration.”
Barry Biggar, representing Region 1, the United States of America, looks forward to his role: “I am excited to educate you about marketing Skål and brand building.”
Petra Roitsch, a member of the Skål Club of Hamburg in Germany, highlights the wealth of knowledge within the community: “I believe there is a lot of knowledge and wisdom among all Skålleagues that we can easily share on various platforms such as social media or even our websites.”
Stefan Pettersson, an independent member representing Region 7, Sweden, echoes the sentiment of enthusiasm and commitment to the committee’s goals.
