Event Highlights
- 16 October 2024: The congress starts with participants’ arrival and a lively Get-Together Party, perfect for networking and reconnecting with fellow Skålleagues.
- 17 October 2024: The official Opening Ceremony will be followed by a cultural tour of Urla, including a delightful lunch. The evening is reserved for participants to enjoy dinner at their respective hotels or explore the local dining scene.
- 18 October 2024: The Annual General Assembly will take place, fostering important discussions and decisions. The day concludes with a “Dine Around” event, offering a taste of Izmir’s culinary diversity.
- 19 October 2024: Engage in the Global Market Place & Trade Fair, B2B meetings, Travel Forum, and workshops. The day ends with a cocktail party.
- 20 October 2024: Discover Çeşme on a tour with lunch, and cap off the congress with the President’s Gala Dinner, a night of celebration and camaraderie.
- 21 October 2024: Departure of participants or the start of post-congress tours to further explore the beauty of Turkey.
Inclusions Your registration package ensures a seamless experience, including five nights of accommodation with breakfast, luncheons, dinners, coffee breaks, cultural and social programs, guided tours, and all necessary transfers and conference materials. For those opting for the Congress Only or Young Skål packages, all activities are included apart from accommodation and the dinner on October 17.
